Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal

If you are not satisfied with your services you may cancel

You may cancel within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as no services have been used.

Cancellation Notice

To cancel a plan, the Client must notify kdrofdarb@gmail.com at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled payment date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the next monthly payment being charged.

Only the services explicitly listed in your onboarding confirmation email are included in your subscription. Additional services may require an upgraded plan or separate agreement. We will then issue a refund for any services not rendered.

No Refund for Late Cancellation

Payments collected as a result of late cancellation notifications are non-refundable. If the Client cancels, unused hours for the current billing cycle remain available until the cycle ends.
